Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and return/exchange approval by Cori Inc. 

Returns and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective goods only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met prior to a refund or exchange: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging. 
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt/proof of purchase. 
  • The item must have the relevant Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number issued to it by Cori Inc. (which can be obtained by contacting our Returns & Exchanges Department at
  • The item must be shipped or otherwise delivered to Cori Inc., 28 Logan Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M4M 2M8 and received by Cori Inc. within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Products listed on the Site as final sale or non-returnable will not be eligible for a return. If 14 days have elapsed since receipt of your order, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges. 

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty (see Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions for Online Sales) included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on our Site.

Returns/Exchanges Process 

To return or exchange your products, please email our Returns Department at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product labeled with the issued RMA number and the original receipt/proof or purchase. No returns or exchanges of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. 

Once the returned/exchanged products are received and inspected by Cori Inc., we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If the refund/exchange is approved, it will be processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. 

Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you haven’t received your refund after the 10 days, please contact your bank as they will be able to provide you with more information. 


Once we receive your email indicating your wish to return or exchange a product, we will confirm receipt of your email and issue an RMA number to label the product for its return/exchange. You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning/exchanging items, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In the event you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items, so we recommend you consider purchasing shipping insurance. 

We will ship out any replacement’s items in respect of your exchange request without charging additional shipping costs.
