Do all of your products contain cannabis?

Nope – all the products in our store that contain cannabis can be found in the Shop Cannabis section. Anything within the Wellness section does not contain cannabis, but they do contain the natural healing power of other plants and herbs!

Can I get cannabis products delivered to my door?

While we’d love to personally deliver cannabis products to your home, provincial regulations don’t allow us to deliver cannabis products at the moment. You can purchase online and collect your products in-store.

Do you sell wellness products in-store?

All the wellness products found on this website can be delivered straight to your door – no need to pick it up! Due to provincial regulations that prevent us from holding anything other than cannabis products and accessories in-store, our physical locations only hold cannabis products at the moment.

How much will shipping cost me?

If your order is over $100 before tax, shipping is on us! Otherwise, shipping fees will depend on your address. Don’t worry – you can review shipping fees before you confirm your order.

Please Note: If you are shipping to a US address, you may incur Duty/Import Fees upon delivery. 

How long will it take to get my delivery?

We’ll do our best to get your goodies as quickly as we can! Timing will vary on your chosen delivery method, your address, and the availability of your selected products. You can expect anywhere from 3-10 business days for regular shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within Canada and the US, but that service will become available in the future. Drop us a line at hello@shopcori.com and we’ll get you all of the details.

Of course! We want to help you feel your very best, and we’ll help you find the right products suited to your body type and lifestyle. Just drop us a line at hello@shopcori.com with your questions and we’ll be there.

How do I know which Wellness routine is right for me?

We outline all four of our wellness routines throughout our website, and we provide a quick summary on each Product routine page. But if you’re not sure, don’t hesitate to get in touch via our Get In Touch page and we’ll guide you towards the best routine to help you achieve your wellness goals.

What if I want to return my purchase?

If your product is unused and in its original package, it can returned within 14 days of purchase. For exceptions and the full details, read up on our Refund Policy.

I received a damaged item! Can I exchange it?

We’re sorry about that! If you received a defective or damaged product, we can exchange it for the same item. Simply send us an email at hello@shopcori.com to get started with the process.
